Parking Supervisor

Eldora Mountain Resort

The Parking Supervisor position is a year-round role responsible for all parking and transportation operations at Eldora Mountain Ski Resort.

This leadership role reports to the Parking Manager and responsibilities include but are not limited to; managing parking areas and shuttle buses (on and off property), resolving guests issues, coordinating single occupant transaction fee, managing snow removal & runoff control, driving parking lot shuttles and light machinery (license required), opening and closing of resort, working with outside contract labor companies, hiring, training and supervising staff, timecard management, supply ordering and budget management, development and training opportunities.

Must have the flexibility and ability to work weekends and holidays during the ski season. Early mornings (5:30a) and prolonged outdoor shifts required. Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly. Leadership experience preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work full-time year round.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work all weekends & holidays.
• Must be able to do basic math & be comfortable handling cash.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a MVR check.

Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $25+/hour depending on experience.

Benefits: This position is a year-round salaried and includes an outstanding benefit package.
