Cruise the San Juan Islands this summer season from Orcas Island while teaching sailing and seamanship!
Primarily youth sail training voyages, a 3-week program around the Salish Sea, and shorter cruises around the San Juan Islands.
Facilitate trainees in safe participation in hands-on sailing activities. Help mentor our 2 professional deckhands and assist the captain with all aspects of shipboard operations.
Must enjoy living and working with ages 10-16
This is a live aboard position with a salary.
