We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to work as housekeepers and servers for the summer season.
The ideal candidate:
- Will show close attention to detail, a good attitude, adaptability, and bring their personality to interactions with our guests.
- Some prior housekeeping and food service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Summary of housekeeping/server job duties:
- Turn over guest rooms in the main lodge and cabins z(includes some or all of the following): Strip and make the beds, gather and empty trash, clean mirrors, dust furniture and fixtures, do dishes, clean the kitchenettes, bathrooms, and surfaces, vacuum and mop.
- Replenish cabin supplies and linens as needed.
- Inspect rooms for broken fixtures and make small repairs such as replacing batteries and light bulbs. Report larger maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Serve guest for breakfast or dinner as assigned.
- Complete all laundry everyday by washing, folding, and putting away. Maintain high standards of quality by checking daily for stains or tears and replacing as needed.
- Clean lounge, kitchenettes, and bathrooms daily.
- Help in kitchen with dishes when things are slow
- Greet out guests and makes them feel welcome as you take their order and serve meals.
- Make sure table clothes are washed
- Set tables before guests arrive
- Other duties as assigned
Room and board is included. Please note that all buildings/rooms, including the tavern are non-smoking/vaping. Bonus and a travel stipend will be given only upon completing the full season with us.

Our Cooks are an integral part of our team and help to provide reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude to our kitchen. Come join us for a summer of fun and adventure at our historic roadhouse.
Responsibilities, Requirements, & Skills:
- Responsible for food prep for breakfast, lunch or dinner and cooking food items per our recipes and specifications for up to 40+ guests at a time, or those who just want to join us for a meal in the restaurant or bar. Menu/build sheets will be available.
- Cooks are responsible for and required to maintain a clean work environment and cleaning area before and after shift is over.
- Must keep an inventory list of items getting low and communicating that with owner so inventory can be maintained.
- Must be able to spend at least 5-8hrs a day on your feet without any problems.
- Ability to work independently or with a group without constant supervision.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs if needed.
- Must be able to work safely around equipment (fryers, slicers, warmers, etc.)
