The Resort Activities Attendant is responsible for the Adventure Services front counter, answering phones, assisting guests, working the retail center, assisting supervisor/manager in inventory and stocking, maintaining a neat and orderly retail space.

• Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors, promoting positive guest relations
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Stocking retail space, assisting in retail display, and maintaining a neat and orderly space.
• Assisting departmental inventory, orders, check-in and pricing.
• Works with team members in a variety of ways to assist in operations
• Able and willing to perform other tasks to maintain productive and successful work environment.
• Other duties as reasonably requested

Adventure Service Guides provide Resort information and assist Guests in reserving/scheduling activities during their stay. Ensure all tours are conducted in a professional, safe and fun manner.

• Required to conduct safe, fun and informative tours as assigned
• Responsible in assisting in the operation of Adventure Services
• Stocking retail space, assisting in retail display, and maintaining a neat and orderly space
• Assisting departmental inventory, orders, check-in and pricing
• Assists Adventure Services Manager in research for future activities and programs

Prepare

• Prepare, plan, prep, organize the line setup and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental and resort policies/procedures.
• Ensure all prep work is maintained throughout shift.
• Maintain excellent working knowledge of department menu items, ingredients and recipes.
• Inspect the cleanliness and organization of the line and workstations; rectify any deficiencies; maintain through the shift.
• Organize all various prep items needed from different areas to ensure all items are in place and ready for service.
• Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health department and Resort requirements.
• Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
• Other duties as reasonably requested.

Supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants & Housemen ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.

Irrigation Specialist is responsible for operation and maintenance of irrigation system; Supervise and maintain the grounds of the Resort, ensuring that the grounds are free of foliage and debris. Complete other special projects as assigned by the Property Operations Director.

• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.

• Coordinate off-site repair and transport of equipment.

• Maintain positive guest relations at all times; resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

• Operate and maintain irrigation system

• Assist Director in ensuring all landscaping personnel adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.

• Assist in supervising, training and inspect the performance of Landscaping staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Resort’s standards.

• Assist in development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program of landscaping equipment.

• Assist in maintaining inventory of all parts and supplies; ensure inventory of parts so as not to be left without needed supplies. Inform Director of all parts, supplies, tools and equipment needed to purchase related to Landscaping.

• Mow/edge lawn and walkways.

• Apply pesticides and herbicides, and pull weeds.

• Prune trees and shrubs.

• Clean planters/planter boxes.

• Rake leaves.

• Haul rubbish; clean and replace compactor.

• Fertilize lawn.

• Replant areas as directed by Property Operations Director.

• Clean and maintain ponds and water features.

• Notify/communicate any landscaping issues to Property Operations Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.

Full-time, year round position - $18.00-$23.00/hour

The Resort’s Spa Service Providers are responsible for ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. Our Spa Estheticians design, conduct and recommend individualized skin care treatments for guests. 

• Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, memberships, reservations, fees, treatments, products and merchandise.
• Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor.
• Be familiar with all hotel/spa packages, promotions, prices and rates.
• Perform opening procedures.
• Inventory products.
• Assist in scheduling guest appointments; handle no show appointments.
• Greet guests; verify medical releases from guests with applicable medical conditions.
• Conduct appointments according to guest’s comfort and desire.
• Prepare guest consultation. Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend the skin care treatments.
• Follow designated Spa skin care protocol and procedures.
• Assist in cleanliness of rooms, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, relaxation room and spa facility.
