About Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge

We are the largest hotel in Alaska, located approximately one mile north of the entrance to Denali National Park we offer excellent work opportunities and a great gateway for adventure. The Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge has over 660 rooms, 6 guest on-site dining venues, 5 retail shops, and an in-house maintenance department spread across 25 acres of serene Alaska landscape we have many opportunities for all backgrounds and interests.
Our season runs from early May until late September and we are looking for candidates who can join us for the entire season.
The Employee Experience
We have over 500 seasonal positions at the lodge with an energetic, supportive, and diverse group of returning employees who build our foundation each season. We are looking to add more amazing team members to help continue the success we enjoy each summer in the heart of Alaska.
Schedules can be early morning, mid-day, or evening so there is something for everyone!
Ideal Candidate
We are a large operation with a great emphasis on quality of life while working hard in the beauty of the Alaskan wilderness. Ideal candidates will have a sense of adventure and be ready to exceed guest expectations alongside a great group of hospitality professionals.
Room and Board
Our housing operation is located 10 miles north of the hotel in the small town of Healy, AK. There are over 1,000 beds of all different configurations in a traditional dormitory style. We offer subsidized housing and include a meal plan for only $15 a day, which also includes laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, hourly shuttles to work, weekly shuttles to Fairbanks, and regular activities and entertainment options. Where else can you live for $450 a month?

We also offer a FREE CRUISE each season upon completion of the employment agreement (minimum 400 hours).
Getting Here and Getting Around
We offer shuttles from Fairbanks International Airport to Denali for employees arriving by air to the 49th state, your hiring manager will have those details.
Getting around the Denali region, we offer employee shuttles that run 24 hours a day. Most local attractions offer transportation or are it easily walkable.
Employees that want to make the journey to Alaska in their personal vehicle, we have free parking at our employee housing.
