We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee every aspect of the park’s maintenance, repairs, basic upkeep of cabins, airstreams, and landscaping.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading a staff of 2-3 employees (engineers and groundskeepers)
- Hiring and training employees
- Maintaining and adding to preventative maintenance programs for the park
- Cleaning and management of pool + spa (CPO certification is a plus)
- Go-to person for any park emergencies. This will require connecting with and sourcing of trade specific vendors.
- On-site contact for vendors and other departments within the company
- Team player

- Pool + spa
A little more info: Ofland Escalante is located near Bryce Canyon National Park and within Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (midway between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas).
Our park has 52 rooms and 6 campsites. The park’s public spaces and amenities include a drive-in movie theater, an oversized pool + spa, an outdoor lodge with in-ground propane firepits, 6 custom propane grills, a general store, a food truck, guest laundry facilities, and 2 luxury bathhouses.
