Come work and play with us on beautiful Orcas Island!  Our busy summer season is approaching and we are looking to add to our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef.  The position will be full time and year-round.  Looking for someone who is passionate about food, organized, has great communication and management experience.  We are a small fast paced restaurant, family owned and operated. Great incentive for promotions with tips and seasonal bonuses.

The Madrona Bar & Grill has upscale casual fare - lots of seafood, steaks, burgers, fish & chips, etc. Mostly scratch made. We focus primarily on seafood. We are looking for someone skilled in saute and leading a crew. We are directly on the water in Downtown Eastsound.  This is a working position, you will be on the line!

We also have housing accommodations for the right candidate.  A waterfront studio apartment is available.
