Ranch Hand

Looking for a reliable winter ranch hand for assistance with the horse operations.  Duties are subject to what is going on on ranch, but can/will include:

• general ranch maintenance (separate for the maintenance of the lodging side of the guest ranch)
• serve appetizers and drinks at sleigh ride warming tent
• mending fences as need
• operate snowplow to clear roads
• cutting, splitting, and delivering firewood to cabins
• prefer experience working around horses
• prefer experience working around vehicles and equipment
