Driver/Guide

• 1st year driver wage of $20/hr
• Paid training provided with winter CDL training program in select regions (full and part time training provided)
• Experienced CDL holders make higher wage
• Local guides receive increase local rate
• Safety and Contract bonus (Equals $2/hr extra per hour)

Safely drive 40-45 foot motorcoaches while providing guided tour to visiting cruise passengers.

• Successfully complete training program.
• Commit to a minimum 90 day contract.
• Paid CDL training available for exceptional individuals currently without CDL
• Clean Driving Record
• 21 years of age by March 1, 2023
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop interesting and factual tours with provided materials and to deliver competent spoken tours to groups
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass DOT physical
