Captain

Baranof Guides must operate boats safely, delivering exceptional customer service to guests on fishing excursions. Guides support each other on and off the water, taking advantage of the knowledge within the fleet and accepting feedback from peers, especially on safety. Guides must hold a current Merchant Mariner Credential (Inland OUPV or better).

Outcomes:

• Guides will prioritize safety in every aspect of their jobs
• Guides will strive to exceed guest expectations
• Guides will work hard to get every guest to reel in a fish (of any species)
• Guides will be observed making extra effort to help out team members
