Brooks Lodge operates a Concession contract with the National Park Service where we provide all guest services within the Brooks area. Including lodging, tours, and meals.

As a Cook, you shall be responsible for the execution of the menu in a timely and efficient manner based on daily guest numbers and needs. Along with being the primary cook for meal services the first half of the day, you shall also be prepared to assist in other areas of food preparation for the lodge, stocking, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned by our head chef.

Prior cooking experience and knowledge of a wide array of kitchen equipment and tools are expected.

  • Lodge Season: May 15th - September 22nd.
  • Expected Work Week: 6 days per week. 10-12 hours per day.
  •  Food and Housing provided at no cost
  • Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour + Overtime + Tips
