Do you want to play a key role in providing an authentic western experience for our guests? Our Front desk position helps with reservations, guest information, questions, and more!

Front Desk staff are accountable for, but not limited to:

  • Coordinating all guest activities with Guest Services Manager
  • Work with all departments to coordinate the best guest experience possible
  • Helping manage guests’ offsite activities including; fly fishing, laser tag, sporting clays, massage, etc.
  • knowledge on all aspects of the guest experience, ranch history, Bigfork, and surrounding area
  • Providing only first-class service and hospitality in helping all guests
  • Managing incoming phone calls and inquiries in accordance with the Guest Services Manager
  • Guest check-ins, welcome packets, arrival and departure coordination with Guest Services Manager
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Collect all pertinent guest information and acknowledgment of risk forms from guests
  • Willingness to help in other departments or wherever needed on the Ranch
  • Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • This position reports to the Guest Services Manager

Compensation package at FLL: Hourly wage starting at $11 plus overtime, a full share in the TIP pool paid out every two weeks along with payroll (historically averages $14 per hour), Staff housing and/or meals provided for a nominal fee, Free laundry facilities & Wi-Fi, Access to all in-house activities offered to Guests, Gift shop & Family discounts, Monthly hosted staff events and FLL swag!
