Tips range from $7 - $11 per hour worked.

Do you notice when your favorite coffee cup is in a different spot on the counter than normal? Are you the type of person who folds your laundry and puts it away when it's still warm from the dryer? Do you like sleeping in a little bit and having your evening free to do what you please? Our Room Attendant position could be the perfect fit for you! Our room attendants are the behind-the-scene stars of our ranch. Every day, they are responsible for cleaning and freshening up our 22 guest cabins/lodge rooms, common areas throughout the upper and lower ranch areas, and laundry throughout our ranch. The majority of their duties fall between 8:30am and 5:30pm, and are clearly laid out by the manager daily so you know what tasks you'll be expected to complete by the end of the day. You'll be working in small teams, or individually, and should feel comfortable in both situations and should expect a lot of movement from room to room around the varying terrain on our nearly 900-acre ranch. Don't worry, you get to move around on golf carts - and, bonus - you're the only part of the ranch that consistently gets to be outside during the day!

In general, our Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Ranch guest accommodations and public areas, with the detailed attention necessary to ensure the high standards that distinguish the Ranch. Must be trustworthy, team-oriented, and have excellent work ethics. Must take pride in keeping the facilities clean and in exceptional working order. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Attentive, gracious, careful performance of daily work and adherence to standards and practices for safety and sanitation in service areas are essential elements of the Ranch housekeeping job. Also performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Room Attendant Job Requirements:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of public areas
• Daily stayover and cleaning service in cabins and lodge rooms
• Bed making
• Cleaning bathrooms, windows, and floors
• Laundering of linens
• Combining and taking out the trash
• Maintaining and restocking supplies
• Sweeping and mopping
• Work well in challenging, detailed, and fast-paced situations
• Friendly and outgoing
• Motivated and detail-oriented
• Team worker – dependable and responsible
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
