Are you an early bird who wakes up before the sunrise, ready to take on the day? As our valued Cook, you'll play a crucial role in bringing culinary creations to life, working hand-in-hand with our Executive Chef in a supportive and educational setting. Your main focus will be on delivering a delightful dining experience, with a special emphasis on ensuring our guests leave satisfied and smiling. In addition to preparing both hot and cold dishes, you'll be responsible for setting up your station, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to various tasks like, organizing deliveries, and supporting our stewarding teams.

We believe in teamwork and efficiency, so you'll have the chance to collaborate with department leaders on essential tasks for the ranch, covering everything from purchasing to Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. Our shifts might vary, including split, closing, and opening shifts, but each one is an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion. We can't wait to welcome you to our kitchen and ranch crew

The Line Cook will execute the menu (hot food and cold food), ensuring an elevated level of performance and guest satisfaction. Guest satisfaction in our dining room revolves around the food.

  • The Line Cook is responsible:
    • for setting station up, preparation of food items, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
    • assisting in ordering, putting deliveries away in a timely fashion, maintaining a proper uniform
    • assisting in ware washing and stewarding teams, having a solid understanding of time management
    • working independently, working safely with a sense of urgency, etc.
    • working split shifts as well as closing shifts and opening shifts back-to-back 
    • must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
