Evening Line Cook

Apply NowDo you like sleeping in and making beautiful, delicious dinners? As our valued Cook, you'll play a crucial role in bringing culinary creations to life, working hand-in-hand with our Executive Chef in a supportive and educational setting. Your main focus will be on delivering a delightful dining experience, with a special emphasis on ensuring our guests leave satisfied and smiling. In addition to preparing both hot and cold dishes, you'll be responsible for setting up your station, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to various tasks like, organizing deliveries, and supporting our stewarding teams.
We believe in teamwork and efficiency, so you'll have the chance to collaborate with department leaders on essential tasks for the ranch, covering everything from purchasing to Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. Our shifts might vary, including split, closing, and opening shifts, but each one is an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion. The Line Cook is responsible for:
- setting station up, preparation of food items, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
- assisting in ordering, putting deliveries away in a timely fashion
- maintaining a proper uniform
- assisting in ware washing
- stewarding teams and having a solid understanding of time management, working independently, working safely with a sense of urgency, etc.
- Split shifts are required for most of the staff as well as closing shifts and opening shifts back-to-back
- required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
