Tips range from $7 - $11 per hour worked.

As a Front Office Assistant, you're the first person guests meet after they walk up our nearly 100-year-old steps to the main lodge, and the last person they see after having one of the most memorable vacations they've ever had. Because of that, it's important for our Front Office Assistant to be warm and welcoming, interested in our guests' stories and lives, and willing to share stories of your own. You'll be working in the front office, and there are two shifts - the morning shift starts at 7:30am, and the evening shift ends at 10pm. You'll be trained for both so that if a coworker needs coverage, you'll be able to help. The primary responsibilities in the morning are managing check outs, answering emails and the phones, and helping guests with their reservations. The primary responsibilities in the evening are helping with check ins, confirming guests' dinner reservation seating times, and assisting our wait staff with dinner service. Both shifts will have standard organizational tasks such as cleaning, responding to guest emails, suggesting fun activities for guests to do, along with additional tasks assigned by your manager. Throughout the summer, you will be asked to assist various teams when we are very busy - for example, our housekeeping team when we have to flip the ranch, or our wait staff when we have a large wedding.
