Are you the type of person who gets antsy doing the same thing all the time? Do your side hustles have side hustles and you like it that way? The Floater position could be the right fit for you. This position is for someone who can float between host, waitstaff, back of house, Children's Program, and housekeeping to assist multiple different parts of the ranch on a weekly basis. One day you could be a host at dinner - helping guests decide among our delicious Idaho craft beers to pair with their upcoming meal before walking them to their table, and the next day you could be blasting off a plate of mashed potatoes as a Steward in the dish pit, listening to music and methodically starting and finishing the task at hand. Another shift could have you saving the day by bringing newly finished laundry sheets as a part of our housekeeping team, followed by a day of suggesting the cowboy pancake to guests for breakfast as you cover a coworkers morning wait staff shift. You could also luck out and be in charge of taking some of our youngest guests on an adventure hike around the pond after eating made-to-order pizzas as our Children's Program coordinator.

The floater position requires flexibility, especially when filling in for staff in all positions on others' days off or when required to assist with workloads. Responsible for the children’s program plans activities, crafts, and games appropriate to the participating children’s ages and the available Ranch facilities, safely entertaining and playing with the children during the evening dinner hour 3 nights per week. It is a very team-oriented position in a fun work environment. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills are required.
