Retail Sales and Customer Service

The Retail Sales Clerk cordially greets the guests and helps them to find one of a kind souvenir to take home. Works at the cash register and uses the Clover Point of Sale software. Helps zipline guests at the photo counter with their zipline photos. Helps maintain the guest areas including restrooms as well as the general shopping areas.  Applicants must have an outgoing personality and good customer service skills, be comfortable with handling cash and be able to understand POS system.

• Carry out all duties with a strong commitment to excellent customer service
• Help guests with their store experience
• Assist zipline guests with zipline photos
• Become knowledgeable and proficient with Clover Point of Sales System
• Help store supervisor in maintaining inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
