Inventory/Dock Support

General Function:  To serve as the primary logistics support for all vessels, hotels and
facilities. Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations that include receiving,
storing, handling, and transporting of products while maintaining an orderly and safe
environment.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
● Receive and pick orders in a prompt and accurate manner, ensure proper packaging and
load into correct vehicles for transport.
● Operate company vehicle to distribute orders in an efficient yet safe manner.
● Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with staff and guests.
● Assist in receiving freight. Verify correct products and quantities.
● Rotate perishable stock. Maintain clean and organized shelves. Ensure all goods are in
correct locations.
● Assist in completing inventories. Communicate with supervisor on discrepancies.
● Keep vehicle interiors clean and tidy. Fuel as needed.
● Assist with recycling plastic and aluminum materials. Transport to proper facilities.
● Learn and maintain knowledge of vessel schedules.
● Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Previous warehouse/receiving experience preferred.
● Willing and able to work early mornings.
● Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 lbs.
● Ability to be on your feet and moving for extended periods of time.
● Strong communication and time management skills.
