Pastry Chef
Apply NowThe Pastry Chef will be responsible, with their assistant, for production of: breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts. The ability to produce high quantities of exceptional product is key. With 100 guests eating 3 meals a day and another 100 staff there is a lot coming out of the bake shop. Due to our high return rate for guests many of our desserts are expected but there is the ability to add creativity and new items over time. This position reports to the Executive Chef, and like all positions in the kitchen is expected to do daily cleaning and weekly deep cleaning of their workspaces.
