Mountain Sky’s Wellness Center was designed to add another dimension and greater balance to our ranch activities. In addition to scheduled massages and yoga classes, the Mountain Sky Wellness Center features a heated outdoor pool, indoor gym, yoga studio, cedar sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, and grotto for guests to indulge in.

What we are looking for:

  • An experienced and knowledgeable LMT who maintains a high standard of professionalism; integrity, dress code, language, and client safety. (Here at MSGR: teamwork, unity, and a professional appearance are vital)
  • Someone who loves being a part of a team, is detail oriented, and punctual.
  • If you believe lives can be changed with massage, we want to meet you!
  • Mountain Sky is a seasonal operation. We welcome guests May through October every year. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for work during the Summer and Fall months.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively builds repeat clientele, meet set goals and service targets.
  • Maintain: prep set up, and high sanitation of treatment rooms.
  • Collaborate with other Wellness Center teammates to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Great listening skills. Being able to develop a relationship with guests noting health conditions and evaluating the best treatment for each client; appropriate ongoing treatment, home care recommendations or clinician referral.
  • Ability to perform all basic massage, body and applicable add-on treatments offered on our Wellness Center menu according to protocols.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of all products, service offerings, and retail items. 
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and Wellness Center related events. Attend all in-house training and commits to continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • 2yrs + exp as an LMT
  • License in the state of Montana
  • Experience in high-end, luxury environments helpful
  • Proficiency in Thai Massage (Preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commissions vary depending on treatment length)
