Front Gate Attendant

The Front Gate Attendant greets every guest and informs them about the Ranch and its activities with a positive attitude and a smile. You the first and last person our guests will encounter which makes your role incredibly important as you alone have the ability to shape their day and ensure they return.

Applicant must have a passion for the outdoors and sharing it with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile and pleasant acknowledgment.
• Inform guests about the Ranch and what amenities are available to them.
• Direct guests to the most appropriate parking area for their needs.
• Ability to listen and comprehend guest requests and questions.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable interacting with the general public.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently so as to limit backed up cars.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Comfortable working with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working outdoors all day in rustic conditions.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Ensure Greeters station is clean, tidy and well stocked at all times.
• Perform physical activities such stooping, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.

Education and Experience

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED or working towards
• 1+ years customer service experience in a fast paced environment
