Seasonal Spa Supervisor

Job Overview:
The Spa Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth guest experiences, staff performance, and adherence to spa standards. This role includes managing the front desk, treatment schedules, and spa attendants, while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The Spa Supervisor will also participate in fractional spa director/consultant training to learn all roles and responsibilities related to the unique culture and operations of Afterglow Spa.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support spa staff, including front desk associates, massage therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, and spa attendants
• Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins, appointment scheduling, and retail sales
• Ensure the relaxation area, locker rooms, and treatment areas are tidy, restocked, and well-maintained
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service
• Monitor treatment schedules and ensure efficient staff utilization
• Assist with inventory management and retail product sales, including maintaining stock levels and organizing retail displays
• Enforce spa policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, service, and professionalism
• Conduct staff training and development to align with the spa’s standards and guest expectations
• Collaborate with management on spa promotions, operational improvements, and staff performance
• Participate in fractional spa director/consultant training to gain a comprehensive understanding of Afterglow Spa’s culture, operations, and business strategies, preparing for future leadership roles
• Act as a liaison between staff and spa management to ensure communication and alignment of goals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive training programs to fully understand all aspects of spa operations and culture

 

Seasonal Spa Supervisor

Pay Range: $22 - $28 per hour
Supervisory roles typically earn more due to additional responsibilities, such as staff management and guest issue resolution. Compensation may also include performance bonuses depending on the resort.

Discounts ranging from 20-35% from across the resort.  Free use of the pool and tennis courts.  Accrued Sick PTO (can be used after 90 days of employment).

End: October 26, 2025
