Description: Lime Kiln Café is Roche Harbor’s only breakfast, lunch, and dinner venue.  It features a café style menu that serves donuts and northwest far in a relaxed dockside setting. Renowned for their American style breakfast, Lime Kiln Café is also a great place to get a fast substantial meal with engaging, upbeat, and friendly service.

Requirements include:

• Ability to maintain sales and profit, workplace safety, housekeeping standards, labor cost, food and beverage cost & quality, scheduling for a crew of up to 12 employees and crew image.
• Efficient communication skills between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Solid leadership skills that model excellence, confidence, teamwork, and create a motivational work environment.
• Able to provide quick and effective support and leadership concerning all areas of a restaurant.
• Sense of urgency with a hands-on approach
• Must create a work environment where the crew is able to positively engage with our guests.
• Is able to “work the circle” in our restaurant and on the outdoor deck.

Experience Required/Qualifications: 2+ years FOH experience in fast-paced restaurant.  2+ years in a leadership or management role. 21+.  Must be able to work mornings, afternoons and evenings. Must work weekends. Schedule would be Thursdays through Mondays 90% of the time.

Wage: $22-24 per hour plus tips (Tips average $10-$16 per hour). 

End of year bonus- $2 per hour worked, contingent on contracted dates being fulfilled and criteria met.

Start Date: Mid-November
