Job Overview:
The Spa Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience. Responsibilities include booking appointments, handling transactions, and maintaining a smooth operation at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in guests, providing excellent customer service
  • Schedule spa appointments and assist with guest inquiries
  • Process payments and manage cash handling
  • Maintain knowledge of spa services, promotions, and packages
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Keep front desk and reception area clean and organized
  • Support retail product sales and assist in inventory management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
