Seasonal Guest Services

You are an ambassador of the resort as you greet guests when they arrive, offer assistance and concierge services throughout the duration of their stay. As the first and the last person a guest interacts with, you are the first and last impression of our resort. You communicate with the rest of the hotel staff to ensure that we exceed our guest expectations.

Ideal candidates:

• You are outgoing, friendly and can communicate professionally with our guests, your supervisor and your co-workers.
• You take pride in your work.
• You like working with a team of people just like you.
• You are actively engaged and passionate about where you work.
  • Be able to communicate detailed information about the resort, points of interest within the resort and the island.
• You work with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide anticipatory guest needs to prepare a warm and thoughtful welcome and stay.
• Wiliness to perform a variety of tasks as needed.
• Be able to work on your feet for 6+ hours.  Lift luggage and walk up stairs.

Minimum 1 year seasonal guest services or hospitality experience preferred.

Wage: $18 per hour plus End of Season Bonus. Tips are at the discretion of the guests.

Housing is Limited
