Dock Staff

Dock Staff -Welcome all resort guests and dock them upon arrival.  Duties include tying up boats, helping them with power, and telling them about marina and resort amenities.  Dock staff also help facilitate guest needs and are responsible for keeping dock tidy (garbage & recycling).

Dock staff must be:

• Outgoing, energetic, and like to have fun 
• Able to hustle while being on one’s feet walking/hustling all day
• Guest oriented (engaging and friendly)
• Able to work as a "team" with their managers and peers. 
• Mature and respectful
• Must be willing to work in rain, wind, winter weather
• Must be willing to work in an office setting answering phones and making Marina slip reservations. 

Experience: None needed and is all trainable.  Simple boating knowledge helps.

Wage:  $16.66 + gratuities (gratuities vary upon individual and their ability to satisfy guests needs) 

Start Date: April/June

• HOURS (40 per week, days off will vary week to week, and must be able to work weekends and holidays, hours of operation 8am to Sunset, seven days a week

End Date: Mid to Late September
