Room and Board
Explor Crater Lake LLC offers employee housing in three dormitory-style buildings within the park. Dorm rooms will generally be assigned within the park according to work locations. You will enjoy some new furnishings and other room upgrades that will remind you of home.
Amenities will vary based on your location in the park but generally there will be two to four occupants per room and shared bathrooms. We offer meals at our employee dining rooms as well as community kitchens for those who prefer to prepare their own food.
There are different weekly fee levels based on job titles with discounts for manager and lead positions. HR will fill you in during the interview process. Rates are extremely low and include room and board.

Getting Here and Getting Around
If you are flying to Oregon you will need to fly into Rogue Valley International - Medford Airport (MFR) We will help coordinate an employee shuttle from the airport to Crater Lake.
You are also welcome to drive to the park, but keep in mind parking may be limited during the summer season.
Limited public transportation is available using Amtrak shuttles, which operate from late June through early October. Be sure to check the schedules if this is your planned method of transportation.
While working at the Park we will have shuttle services available to take you to your work location as well as have planned activities that will take you into nearby communities.
For Fun
As a Crater Lake team member, you will enjoy opportunities to:
- Experience hiking adventures around the area
- Participate in shuttle excursions to shop in nearby towns
- Participate in planned events for associates such as game nights, themed activity nights, star gazing, movie nights, rafting, ziplining and so much more.
