Opportunity to be part of a friendly, professional team, in a well equipped and organized kitchen working alongside Chef-Owner Neil Ferguson who worked in restaurants in London, Paris and New York.
It is 95 seat restaurant serving dinner only, operating from mid April until end of October. We buy locally as much as possible and cook tasty, proper food, no shortcuts, almost everything is produced in house. Individuals should be team players, focused and with a 'can do' attitude and demeanor!!
We do have nice housing available not too far from the restaurant, which does have a cost involved.
