With Jackson Hole just 45 minutes away – the possibilities are limitless!

This position is seasonal & offers free housing! Seasonal dates are December through April but depend on snowfall. There is potential to stay on full time for the right candidate. 

Job Description 

The Operations & Accounting Coordinator will support the efficient operation of Togwotee Mountain Lodge by assisting with a wide range of administrative, accounting, & operation functions. This position is a hybrid of 60% operations & 40% accounting support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs

  • Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest.

  • Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration

  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.

  • Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed.

  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

  • Coordinate resolution of guest concerns

  • Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Partnering with other staff members to compile, analyze, and report   financial data.

  • Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.

  • Ensuring that company bills are paid, and debts are collected.

  • Staying current on the company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies.

  • Assist in special projects and year end projects as requested

Qualifications

  • Previous guest service experience required

  • Previous cash handling experience preferred

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
