Housekeeping/Guest Services

Job duties: 

• Daily service of up to 9 guest rooms

• Cleaning and upkeep of public areas

• Check in guests, assist with luggage

• Answer phone, take reservations

• Assist guests as needed

• Cover phone (on call) 3 evenings per week (in exchange for free apartment/utilities)

Pay: 

• $18/hr (base) + $2/hr (banked and paid upon completion of season)

• Performance-based, end of season bonus 

Housing:

• We provide a one-bedroom furnished apartment with laundry on-site, basic utilities and cable TV (phone/internet not included), in exchange for covering the phone (on-premises) from 5pm-10pm, 3 nights per week.

• Employees only - no pets, roommates or long-term guests. 

Season:

• May 12, 2025 - September 30, 2025

Hours:

• 35-40 hours per week

Job Requirements:

• 18+ years old

• Must be legally able to work in the United States: US Citizen of all types or already have a visa sponsor in town. Unfortunately we are not considering H2-B visas or becoming a sponsor at this time. 

• Must be able to carry 50 lbs up and down stairs

• Housekeeping is a VERY physical job, not recommended for people with back/knee/joint issues

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment (rooms must be ready by 3:30p)

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Good verbal/written English skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Basic computer skills
