Location: Attean Lake Lodge, on Birch Island in Attean Lake is surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, hiking trails, and a pristine lake, providing a perfect backdrop for both work and leisure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare seasonal menus using local ingredients.

• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality and food safety.

• Lead and inspire kitchen staff.

• Engage with guests to tailor their dining experience.
