General Manager

Job Description:

• Operational Leadership: Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional service. Will also oversee multiple divisions within the company. 

• Sales: Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue and growth.

• Business Development & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase bookings, expand our customer base, and enhance our company presence.

• Partnership & Relationships: Maintain relationships with other partners, and travel agencies to promote and develop new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business management, operations, or leadership roles.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple companies.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs as well as handling multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
