Job Description:  

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team! As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our culinary team to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards  

• Assist with prep work, organization, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment  

• Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff and maintain open communication  

• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety regulations

Qualifications:  

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred  

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen  

• Strong team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills  

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
