We’re a dynamic company with a rock solid team dedicated to helping families and their friends simply, safely, and sustainably enjoy summer vacations in the world’s most breathtaking houseboating destination, Lake Powell. 

We work hard and play hard while using our innovative, no-trace, Beach Bags Systems and a fleet of Mercury Powered workboats to anchor private and rental houseboats along the emerald waters of Powell’s sandstone shorelines. 

Our work environment is breathtaking. The work is physical, fun, and financially rewarding. And the opportunity to explore, adventure and play on the water, in the canyons, and throughout the spectacular Colorado Plateau is endless.

Wrenches, Requirements & Rewards

Our mechanics don't just turn a wrench. Their work is diverse, fast paced, and they take pride in knowing their expertise, problem solving skills, and accomplishments sit at the very heart of our operations and are essential for keeping our customers vacations on time. • Minimum of 2 Years Experience Required

• Mercury Outboard Certification Required

• BYOT (bring your own tools) Required

• BONUS for experience with diesel motors (yep, we've got a few of those too)

• Starting pay $25/hr. depending on experience

• 40 hr/week with opportunities for overtime

• Housing option for $187.50/week with laundry, wi-fi, and utilities included in rent

DAYS AND DAYS TO PLAY

We believe your summer job should be adventurous, exciting, and fun. Mechanic Team members should plan to have 2 scheduled days off per week. How else are you going to enjoy all the fun that comes along with working at Lake Powell? And don't worry about planning all your adventures, we’ll take care of some of that too. You can expect group surfing trips, lake explorations, and hikes in some of the area’s most beautiful canyons.  If you love the outdoors, there is no better place to be! The Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park are a few hours away and great mountain biking, world famous Antelope Canyon, and a beautiful golf course are available in and around town.

OUT OF TOWN. NO PROBLEM

Don't live in Page, AZ? No worries, we've got you covered. Out-of-town employees can take advantage of our affordable, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-appointed, shared-home accommodations. Located in a private neighborhood our 3,500 sf 5-bedroom, 3-bath, team-home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a combo game room entertainment, on-site laundry and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the expansive desert vistas. The home’s location is convenient to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.

Preference will be given to candidates who can work from May through mid-October, 2024.
