Maintenance Technician

Job starts immediately with year-round employment available. Housing is available at no charge during the off season, you will have access to staff kitchen and must prepare your own meals. 

Duties: Basic carpentry and plumbing, painting, property checks, level decks, assists in construction projects.

Job Requirements: Handyman skills are necessary for this position, time management skills, and resourcefulness. Ability to lift, rotate, and place 50 lbs.  Background in construction is helpful. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to negotiate uneven terrain in low light.
