As a flag football counselor, you will be assigned to an age division (Junior Camp: 7-10 year olds, Inter Camp: 11-12 year olds, or Senior Camp: 13-15 year olds) and spend your entire day with those boys. Our "core" waterfront staff spends mornings and evenings with their group, but the rest of their day is spent at our waterfront with campers of all ages.

The rest of your day would be made up of supporting instruction in other sports where you can assist and supervising campers during less formal activities. We believe it is important for our counselors to have this variety in their day. This helps keep counselors fresh in their areas of expertise and allows them to focus on the individual needs of their campers: spending time with them throughout the day and playing the role of “big brother” or “big sister.”
