Salivars is seeking a sushi chef for the 2025 season. We are open April-October. Previous professional resume required. Fast paced high volume restaurant in Montauk. (if you have someone who you would prefer to work alongside with, we are open to that as well). Housing is provided. Winters are closed. We are hoping to establish a relationship in which you would come back each year for the season (if all works out). Looking forward to meeting you!
