- Direct guests to necessary services and features and lead guests on tours of the location.
- Assist with event preparation, set up, and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, tablecloths, and place settings.
- Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adhere to safety and quality regulations
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the lodge's standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus
- Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Prior related experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen.
- Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
- Manual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related tasks.

- Assists guests with boats, skis, and waterfront equipment.
- Cleans and cares for the beach, swim area, docks, boats, and work areas.
- Drive pontoon boats and other watercraft.
- Instruct guests on the use of all non-motorized watercraft.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boathouse.
- Make sure relevant paperwork is completed and turned in.

- Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and gardens
- Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, weeding, and mulching
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including removing debris and litter
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify and address any issues or hazards
- Operate and maintain various groundskeeping equipment and tools
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of resort facilities, including buildings, fireplaces, courts, fences, and pathways
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and attractive environment for our guests
- A Valid Driver’s License
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks in outdoor environments
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and garden maintenance techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to notice and address issues promptly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Wait Staff
We are looking for a Server to join our team and ensure our guests are comfortable by serving food and beverages, answering questions, and assisting guests as needed. Banquet Server responsibilities include serving food and beverages, helping prepare the event space, and cleaning up the event space once the affair is complete. Ultimately, you will work with guests throughout the event to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed during their time at the banquet.

Waterfront Staff
The Waterfront Staff is responsible for all watercraft and equipment, cares for the beach and waterfront, and provides instruction on proper equipment use. They may also assist with all resort activities. The staff performs outstanding guest service on a daily basis, maintains interdepartmental lines of communication, and interacts daily with guests and resort staff.
