Job Duties
- Planning menus together with the head chef
- preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with restaurant standards
- Supervising the work of the kitchen brigade
- ensuring dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with recipes
- Training new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes per the current menu
- Ensuring all staff members adhere to culinary standards and regulation
Job Expectations
- be on time
