Sous Chef

Job Duties

• Planning menus together with the head chef
• preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with restaurant standards
• Supervising the work of the kitchen brigade
• ensuring dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with recipes
• Training new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement, and plating of dishes per the current menu
• Ensuring all staff members adhere to culinary standards and regulation
