Store Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to perform all duties required of the ski technicians as well as some additional administrative duties

In addition to assisting with all rental (ski technician) and retail duties, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for:

• Assisting store manager with administrative aspects of rental and retail operations

• Performing opening and closing procedures

• Assisting in recruiting and hiring quality staff

• Creating and implementing weekly schedule for shop employees

• Operating as MOD when store manager and owner are not present

• Verifying that an adequate supply of forms, materials and supplies are on hand

• Keeping social media and google pages up to date and promoting sales on Facebook

• Maintaining company paperwork and reviewing rental forms for accuracy

Qualifications:

• At least I year ski technician experience – required

• Some management or supervisory experience – preferred

• Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Familiar with POS systems
