Reservation Agent/Front Desk
This individual serves as the primary leader in the office in terms of coordinating flights, taking reservations, and answering questions about tours via phone and email. The position requires a very high level of organizational skills, outstanding customer service, basic bookkeeping skills, and close attention to detail. The front desk staff is also responsible for managing our social media sites, so experience with social media is a must. Reservation agents must be friendly self-starters who are up to multi-tasking challenges!
Tour Liason/Van Driver
Shuttle guests in our 15-passenger vans approximately 8 miles to and from their hotels to our airstrip.
Drivers are the “face” of Denali Air due to the amount of time they interact with the public and other professionals at the hotels and tour desks in the Denali area. Therefore, drivers must be friendly and social but also organized and professional. In addition, the position requires learning specific knowledge about Denali National Park and flightseeing to orient passengers. This fun, social and exciting job will keep you on the move and engaged with the Denali community and guests in the area.
Sales Agent
We are looking for highly motivated, friendly and professional sales agents to work in our office on the Denali boardwalk. This position requires deep knowledge of Denali National Park, a love of customer service, and motivation to help visitors create their individualized travel itineraries while in Denali. Training is provided!
