Waterfront Staff

This position as Waterfront Staff requires an individual who loves the beach and boating and being around a marina. The job requires keeping a fleet of sailboats, paddleboards, & kayaks in good shape and managing the sign-out and return of these craft. The position requires assisting members with getting out on the water and making sure all safety requirements are met, monitoring their location, and seeing that they return safely. The equipment will be inspected upon its return and any small repairs done or referred to our maintenance staff. As Waterfront staff, you will work closely with the marina and sailing staff getting boats ready for regattas, and help in the transportation to events. Additionally, you will help around the marina with docking and various tasks. We have a very active children's sailing program during the summer. Powerboat handling experience is necessary. Housing and meals are included free of charge. There is an end-of-season bonus. The season runs through Labor Day.
