We are currently hiring for the Spring/Summer season!!! We are doing rolling start dates beginning around April 15th and the season goes to the beginning of October.

Come work in beautiful Homer, Alaska serving Alaskans and travelers from around the world! We are a fast-paced full-service steak and seafood restaurant with a newly expanded patio that boasts amazing views of the bay and mountain ranges. This is an extremely busy restaurant and you will have a great opportunity to make tons of money! Many of our employees become close friends and often go fishing, hiking, touring on boats and more! BEFORE CONSIDERATION PLEASE READ:

HOUSING: We currently have housing for BOH staff, and VERY limited housing for FOH staff. Harbor Grill is located on the scenic spit in beautiful Homer, offering diverse facilities and opportunities to explore the area. Employee housing is located approximately five miles from the restaurant, but in a great spot with beach access that also overlooks the peninsula. While we are unable to provide transportation to work, there are various options available to help you get there. We suggest riding a bike down our beautiful spit, bringing your own car, buying one while here in Alaska, or figuring out a carpool system. We try to group employees in housing together to facilitate carpool but we do NOT have transportation.

SMOKE BREAKS: If you are someone who has to have a cigarette every ten minutes, please do not apply. We try our best to give breaks when needed, but this is a very fast-paced restaurant and everyone will be working hard.
