Wine Shop Retail

In the early 1950's, Jack Dornan began bringing specialty wines into Jackson Hole as well as being one of the first people to bring these types of wines into Wyoming. He created an iconic wine shop and we continue to uphold this reputation today. While prior knowledge of wine is not necessary, an interest in wine is highly recommended.

On the job training about products as well as general wine knowledge will be provided by our renowned wine buyer/wine shop manager. You will be expected to be able to talk about and sell many of the wines in the shop. You will learn about the world of wine and have the opportunity to taste a variety of wines featured in the shop. We expect the same level of professionalism across the varying levels of product in the shop from an airplane shooter to a $500+ bottle of wine.

Stocking and pricing are a large component of daily tasks as well as facilitating wine, beer, and liquor sales and interacting with guests. A candidate must be able to consistently walk up and down stairs to stock and be able to regularly carry up to 50 pounds (sometimes up or down stairs).

Summer room and board provided for $300/month.
