Logistics Team

Much more than just an office job overlooking a glacier.  Our Logistics Team answers the phone, takes reservations and checks in guests; but they also manage our Base Camp, handle marketing projects, run the espresso business, guide the zipline and operate our remote Glacier Camp accessed by helicopter. 

You'll be camping for the entire summer in a beautiful part of Alaska with adventurous guides, outdoor leaders, and moose as your neighbors.  It's a hard job but with endless daylight, there's time to play. 

We'll train you on the zipline and espresso operation but you'll need to arrive with strong computer skills, an excellent customer service attitude, a great work ethic, and an adventurous spirit.  

This challenging and diverse position also enables you to learn ice climbing on a glacier, experience backpacking in the Alaska wilderness, learn survival skills and navigation, camp out on a glacier, and much more.
