March 16 - June 14, 2025 (summer opportunities may be available) and August 25 - November 22, 2025 (winter opportunities may be available)

Join our dynamic team of Environmental Educators at Fairview Lake YMCA Camps, where you'll inspire curiosity, foster stewardship, and create unforgettable experiences for students and families!

What You'll Do:
As an Environmental Educator, you’ll lead and teach a variety of engaging outdoor academic classes and activities, including:

• Science-Based Lessons: Teach environmental education using a hands-on, nature-focused curriculum.

• Team-Building: Facilitate group activities that build collaboration and confidence.

• Recreation: Lead boating, archery, orienteering, campfires, and more!

• Program Preparation: Prepare program areas, ensure safety, and instruct participants with enthusiasm and care.
  Your role will include creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while modeling creativity, adaptability, and a passion for outdoor education.

What We Offer:
🌟 Pay: Starting at $16.01/hour, 40 hours a week (some nights and weekends required).
