- Review daily arrivals / departures schedule
- Service rooms per daily needs
- Set up rooms as needed for king or twin beds, pull out couch, etc.
- Stock rooms with needed guest amenities. Keep housekeeping van stocked.
- Log room Maintenance needs for repairs
- Launder housekeeping towels (linens are outsourced)
- Identify stained or damaged linens and remove from service
- Deep cleaning when turnovers permit
- Maintain the service standards and guidelines of Firehole Ranch
- Other duties as necessary
Breakfast/Prep Cook
Dining Room Server
We have four servers. Servers rotate breakfast and dinner shifts in a relaxed fine dining setting. Responsibilities include bartending, set up and break down of the dining room, cleaning and maintaining the lodge and some dish washing. Fine dining experience preferred. Must be flexible to pitch in where needed. Salary varies with experience.
Outdoor Crew
The Outdoor Crew perform a variety of tasks. Daily tasks include transporting guests morning and evening by vans and pontoon boat, general maintenance of buildings, vehicles and boats and grounds work. Weekly tasks include airport shuttles, town errand runs, dump runs and transporting food and supply orders across the lake. Requires a valid drivers license and minimum 21 years of age.

Housekeeper
The Housekeeping team consists of four Housekeepers attending to eleven guest cabins. Attention to detail and taking pride in providing exemplary service are key attributes. Caring for historic log cabins inside and out in a gorgeous outdoor setting.

Dinner Cook
Firehole Kitchen:
Kitchen staff feed up to 25 guests (plated) with an additional 20-25 staff members (buffet) daily. We have a large BBQ on Wednesdays for 50-60 people, including guests,staff and friends.
Applicants should have good communication and a positive attitude. We are a small but busy kitchen, and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must. Kitchen staff must be willing to help where necessary. A strong desire to deliver exceptional guest service required.
Dinner Cook:
Works with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to prepare menu items from scratch for up to 25 guests and 25 staff nightly. Ability to work a variety of shifts as needed .
