Sales Associate
Sales Associates operate our busy retail stores during the summer season (May – October). We offer a wide selection of apparel, books, postcards, magnets, and more. Sales Associates may be based out of West Glacier (working at our West Glacier, Apgar, and Logan Pass stores) or St Mary (working at our St Mary and Logan Pass stores).
The primary roles for Sales Associates are operating the register, re-stocking product, and assisting customers. They also receive orders from our warehouse, organize back stock, count inventory, and keep stores clean and organized. Another important role of Sales Associates is to act as ambassadors for the Glacier Conservancy by asking for donations and helping visitors connect with our mission and projects.

Warehouse Specialist
Warehouse Specialists assist the Warehouse Manager in receiving product into the warehouse and delivering orders to several busy retail stores in Glacier National Park. The warehouse positions are based out of West Glacier, and the season runs from April – October.
Receiving product requires strong attention to detail, a knack for numbers, and an inclination for being very organized. The warehouse staff plays an important role in ensuring accurate inventory counts by conducting spot counts on a regular basis. This work also requires strong computer skills. Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems is a plus.
Orders are delivered to the stores daily. Delivering product to the store locations is a shared responsibility, and the warehouse staff take turns making the run. Delivering orders is physical work and involves moving large totes and boxes, as well as driving a 15-passenger van on the Going to the Sun Road (which is a windy and exposed mountain road).
