Cook
Cooks should anticipate working across all stations and using all kitchen equipment. Depending on the venue, batch production, high volume a la carte, prep, pantry, and dish tasks will vary.

The Details:
Position Type: Full-Time or Seasonal
Pay: $17.05 - $18.65 per hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays).

Assistant Café Manager
The Assistant Café Manager will manage all restaurant operations, including staff supervision, guest service, training, and administrative duties.  Provide oversight of the dining room, kitchen, bar, auxiliary service areas, day tours, and special functions.

Restaurant Senior Assistant Manager
This position is responsible for providing high-level leadership in all food & beverage operations in the El Tovar complex while working side by side with the Assistant Managers to develop their skill sets. This includes the El Tovar Restaurant, The El Tovar Lounge, the outside Beer Garden, the Lobby Cocktail Service, Banquet Events at Thunderbird Lodge, and Continental Breakfast Service.

Pay: $47,000+ per year
Housing: Private room in a shared apartment, $267/month (payroll deducted)
Schedule: May include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
